Do tortillas need refrigeration during shipping?
No! H-E-B tortillas are shelf-stable and don't require refrigeration. They stay fresh at room temperature for 3-4 weeks unopened.
My order is delayed. What should I do?
USPS occasionally experiences delays. If your package hasn't arrived within 5 business days, please contact us with your order number.
Can I change my shipping address?
Contact us immediately if you need to change your address. Once an order ships, we cannot modify the destination.
