Processing
Orders placed by Monday 9 PM CT are packed for that Tuesday's shipment. Later orders ship the following Tuesday.
Shipped
Your tortillas ship via UPS Ground on Tuesday. You'll receive tracking information by email.
Delivered
Most orders arrive 2–5 business days after shipping in the contiguous US. Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories may take 4–7 business days.

Where is my tracking number?
Your tracking number is emailed on ship day (Tuesday). Check your spam folder if you don't see it.
Do the tortillas need refrigeration?
Every order ships at room temperature. Put H-E-B Bakery tortillas (Flour, Butter, Wheat) in the fridge when they arrive; pantry tortillas are shelf-stable until opened. Every tortilla we sell freezes well.
My order is delayed. What should I do?
Carriers occasionally run late. If your package hasn't arrived 5 business days after it shipped (7 for Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories), contact us with your order number.
Can I change my shipping address?
Contact us immediately if you need to change your address. Once an order ships, we cannot modify the destination.
